Return & Exchange Policy | MOSA

At MOSA, we always strive to provide practical products with quality that meets your expectations. We believe that your satisfaction is the foundation of our sustainability, which is why we have established a flexible and fair policy that ensures your rights in accordance with the regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Return & Exchange Period

  • Returns: Customers are entitled to request a return within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.
  • Exchanges: Customers are entitled to request an exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

Return & Exchange Conditions

To ensure your request is accepted, please make sure the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be in its original condition as received (unused).
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all labels and accessories intact.
  • The original purchase invoice or order number must be provided.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Cases

In line with the nature of certain products and to maintain public safety, we regret that the following cases are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered.
  • Personal-use items that cannot be resold due to health regulations.
  • Any product made based on a special request or customized specifications.

Refund Process

  • In case of a return, the product will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.
  • If approved, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method.
  • The refund process may take 7 to 14 business days, depending on the issuing bank’s policy.

Shipping Costs & Fees

  • MOSA Error: If the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will cover all shipping costs.
  • Customer Request: If the return or exchange is requested without a manufacturing defect, the customer will bear the shipping costs (both ways) and any cash-on-delivery fees.
